Archetype Publications Limited has grown since 1987 to be one of the leading publishers in the conservation of art and antiquities and technical art history. You can browse our titles on this website or download our complete catalogue. Titles can be purchased by individuals directly from us using the order forms or from bookshops (also see where to buy). Some of our publications are textbooks which have been/are used in IAP short courses in conservation.

Archetype Publications also distributes selected International Institute of Conservation (IIC) titles. These are listed with all Archetype titles under the section 'Available Titles'.

Archetype is heading to the 44th AIC annual conference in Montreal! Check out the catalogue section of this website for a list of discounted books available to order at the AIC conference. If you would like to collect your book at the conference and avoid postage costs then order from us at before 10am on 5th May.
